Helping you find your perfect property – how it works
Once BrightonMoves has accepted you as a client, it’s time to begin our tried and tested approach which has been honed over 30 years of working with clients like you.
We’ll start by determining what your exact requirements are for your new home, and prepare a detailed brief. We’ll then contact local estate agents, property developers, investors, and private sellers on your behalf to locate your perfect property.
From there, we’ll spend time viewing all suitable properties and compiling a shortlist – meaning less of your time is spent viewing properties that don’t tick your boxes. We’ll then help you make a truly informed decision and, once that decision is made, we bring our experience to leverage the most competitive price we can on your behalf.
From start to finish, we’ll stay with you – offering advice and project management until you’re walking through your new front door.

Prices for our property search services
Initial property search registration fee
We charge an initial property search registration fee (property finders fee) of £650. This guarantees that our experts will search for your ideal property for a period of six months from an agreed date.
Success fee
Our success fee is only payable upon exchange of contracts on your new home, and is charged at 1% of the agreed purchase price.
The initial six-month registration fee is deductible from our success fee.
